1. Our service

BuyBA provides an ordering, coordination, and support service for eligible purchases made through supported local commerce channels.

2. What BuyBA does and does not do

We coordinate order intake, payment flow, fulfillment guidance, and support updates. We are not the marketplace, carrier, or payment network and do not control third-party inventory or logistics systems.

3. Order confirmation

We only place an order after you confirm the final order summary and complete payment.

4. Order acceptance and rejection

We may decline orders that are restricted, unsupported, high-risk, unavailable, or operationally unsuitable.

5. Payment and fees

Our fees, item costs, shipping costs, and any applicable charges are shown before purchase. Payment is made on a Stripe-hosted checkout (globally trusted provider). BuyBA never handles, sees, or stores your card or payment details.

6. Refund triggers

Returns and refunds are subject to the applicable order status, marketplace rules, and our policies. Refund timing depends on upstream confirmation and card processing timelines.

7. Limitation of liability

We coordinate purchases and support, but we do not guarantee availability of any specific item, pickup point, shipping estimate, or external outcome outside our control.

8. Communications

Our primary support channel is WhatsApp. By using our service, you agree that we may send order-related updates through the contact details you provide.

9. Governing law and changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Where required, governing law and dispute handling will follow the applicable legal framework for the contracting entity.
