What we confirm before purchase
Before payment, the order summary covers:

- pickup or delivery choice
- total price in USD
- whether the order fits our supported flow

Both flows work. The better choice depends on where you are staying and how reliable package handling is.
Pickup point
Usually best for Airbnbs, short stays, and buildings with unclear reception rules.

How payment and updates work
Payment happens on a Stripe-hosted checkout. After confirmation, we place the order and keep status updates inside the same WhatsApp thread.
If returns or refunds become relevant
Whenever possible, returns are routed through Mercado Libre's network. We guide the steps and keep refund timing visible in chat.
Mercado Libre publicly describes 30 days for new products and 14 days for used products, though eligibility can vary by item and condition.
