Mercado Libre publicly states:
- 30 calendar days for new products
- 14 calendar days for used products
Return eligibility may vary by item and condition.
Refund timing
Refund timing depends on:
- the order state
- whether a return is required
- when the upstream refund is confirmed
- your payment method's processing time
